Dr. Madhavi Awale

I visited Dr Madhavi through a reference. Though her number of years of experience maybe a little less but her qualifications seemed higher than those of vets in nearby area.

I found her very compassionate towards animals and dedicated towards her job. There were a couple of strays waiting outside the clinic for her to come ( I reached 10 min early) and give them their treat!!

Not sure if she has any help, but that time she was alone and she even swept and tidied up her clinics frontage. #Respect for that!!

I had visited another doctor before Dr Madhavi and he asked me to visit 3 days for some expensive antibiotic injection (Rs1000/- each), he even said that antibiotic tablets are not available!! Dr Madhavi gave me antibiotic tablets for 4~5 days and told me to visit aftsr that. All for Rs. 400/-

So I believe Dr Madhavi is very reasonable, compassionate and honest and doesn't give unnecessary treatment for her billing.

I was going to get my first puppy and a friend of mine who had 3 dogs suggested to go see her for all my doubts. She explained everything I needed to know before getting a puppy and also helped me decide which one to get keeping in mind my lifestyle and locality. After getting the puppy, I went to her for normal checkup and she explained the vaccination details quite well. Even when my puppy fell very sick just 3 days after getting her, Dr. Madhavi handled it very well. She explained the problems, the treatment, what to expect and why not to very nicely. As it was my first puppy, I used to get worried even with a smallest problem and ended up contacting her some times middle of the night . She responded even at that hour of the night and helped. Her love and care for animals is also visible in the way she treats them . Thanks to Dr Madhavi that my puppy is all well and growing now :)

My dog had a fracture at midnight. We tried calling many doctors and no one was ready to help. Then we called Dr Madhvi who was kind enough to guide us till 1.30 am at night.

Also she treated my dog for her fracture and my dog is completely healed now.

She’s a really kind person who actually loves animals and gives proper treatment .

Dr Madhavi is as good a vet you will get around PCMC area. Her expertise in skin related ailments for dogs is above par. Not only skin, but overall she can sense the pulse of the ailment and respond accordingly. Most importantly she treats dogs with utmost care with least importance to the money aspect. Truly blessed to have a vet like Dr Madhavi for our pup. Our pup however doesnt like her too much sometimes as she has given him injections :)

It was a huge disappointment :( Reading all those reviews we took an online appointment for doctor Madhavi. We reached the clinic by the given time by Procto. But as we reached and asked for the consultation Dr Madhavi herself said FIRST COMES FIRST SERVICES!!!!! We drove 30 km for this appontment. We have to return home with out showing our Rottweiler pup which was his first vaccination also had stomach issues from 2 days.:(

After reaching home around 1:50 she called to check we reached yet or not!!! and send an SMS saying weekend gets busy, she can’t help. Then why online appointment she gives? Also she mentioned that no need for appointment next time just give her a call and she will say when there is no rush!!!! But how can we trust? then why to use online service like this?

What makes Dr.Madhvi different from other vets is that she actually cares for dogs, *** **** **** **** ** ** *** ** *** *** ** ******* *** **** ********* ********* She'll take time out and make the dog owners understand each and every aspect of the problem/procedures-which I feel is very important. I highly recommend her.

Perfect medication and diagnosis without any delay. Looking at the severity she attended him immediately and saved his precious life. We are so grateful to her and her team. She’s gem of a person, so kind and a real animal lover. Our prayers with her 🙏

This was my pet's first visit to veterinary clinic and i must say as a dog parent i was really very satisfied by the treatment. She made us understand the health issue properly and answered to our many questions very patiently. I would recommend Dr. Madhvi to others as well because we do feel that our pet is in safe hands.

Found a stray pup who was injured and we honestly didn't know what to do. We booked via practo based on previous reviews which were good. Dr. Madhavi found out the pup had broken her leg and treated her with utmost love and care. She also helped us with everything we needed know about caring the pup. I'm really grateful for her service.

We absolutely loved her. We had taken a stray puppy that we rescued for the initial check up / vaccinations etc. Her love and passion for animals is clearly evident. She's perhaps one of the very few vets who have not made a "commercial business" out of this profession. So glad to have discovered someone like her!
